Hello sir , I have just secured 94% in MAT 2024 I am confused which college to choose for MBA in finance with good ROI

I have over 14 years of work experience in one of the leading PSU Banks both in credit and operation. In academics i have done MBA and also completed CAIIB but don't have any technical degree. Wanted to shift my career in MNC Banks. So whether I need to do any technical/ professional course.And also suggest what are the opportunities available in various domains along with its requirements in these MNC Banks to build career.

Hey i am a 21 year old female who took a drop of 2 years after my 12th for Neet, unfortunately couldn’t crack it. Now i am really confused with what to do in my life. I have selected a few options such as doing BDES from pearl academy or doing BBA from some private college. The thing i am concerned about is my age. If i do bdes which is 4 years long, i will be 25 when graduating and if i do bba, i will be 24 while graduating. After graduating i was lecturer in engineering colg hv 2 years of experience n after that working in govt Bank from past 7 years. Gave CAT twice but time constraint n toddler was not able to crack.last year got finalised for NMIMS hyderabad but dint took admission as away from mumbai n not that great bschool.going to give cat this year as ladt chance but i m very very confused n stressed that should i go for it or not, m having age barrier ,a growing kid,offc n home work pressure, managing all this i could hardly make time of 2/3 hrs to study with low energy..i thought of executive mba but was thinking doin executive taking so much risk wil actually land me where? Hey sir, I want some suggestions from you, I did my graduation in 2019 but my grades were not that good but still I decided whether I want to go to a good college or fulfill my dream but Aaj 2024 hai main abhi tk cat ya koi achcha management exam crack nahi kr paya. And she regrets not doing engineering and mostly people who have done it are earning atleast even though there is stress like other jobs. Hi Sir, I'm 24. I have an MSc from IIT Madras and I'm working in IT as a tester in a very stable company. I earn 12 lpa currently and also have excellent Work life balance. I am happy working here because the job is not very demanding and also I get to work remotely from home. However I have an offer from IIM Shillong for its PGP program. MBA from an IIM has always been a dream ( I gave CAT in '22 and got 98.5 percentile, last year I got 99.5 percentile) but I'm not sure if leaving my job in this case would be the right decision. I am sure of not giving CAT again at risk of getting burnt out.
